Can I install the package myself?
No, we do not generally offer our packages for self-installation. This is to protect us from software piracy. However, we may be able to produce a 'hardware locked' package in certain circumstances. Please contact us for details.

Do you offer FREE Upgrades?
Yes, but there are some exceptions. Minor version upgrades for most packages (e.g. ver.1.0 to ver.1.1) are FREE. However, this does NOT apply to PHP or MySQL. Major version upgrades (ver.1.x to ver.2.x) are eligible for a discount. Email us for details. Please also read our Terms & Conditions.

Do you offer a BULK ORDER Discount?

Why do you want my IP and admin password?
We need your IP and admin password so we can install the software package on your Cobalt RaQ. We use a secure SSL webpage so all the information sent will be encrypted! We do not store your admin password for safety reasons. If we need to work on your server again in the future, we will ask to you resubmit your admin details.

How do I pay for these packages?
You can pay, via the eStore, using a Credit Card or PayPal. 
If you are a UK customer, or bank with HSBC, you can arrange a direct bank transfer to our UK bank account.  Please email us for details.
To arrange to pay by other methods, e.g. eGold - please email us first.

Whichever method you use, please remember that you MUST order the package first before you buy it.  This enables us to confirm the purchase and the details regarding the installation with you.

If you wish to buy and install more than one package at the same time, you have a choice regarding payment.  You can either pay for them individually or email us with a list of the packages you want.  We will then send you a PayPal invoice.  Simply follow the instructions in the invoice and we will arrange the installation of the packages for you.
