If managing your server is becoming a burden or your hosting company's management charges are too expensive then this is the package for you.  Our csADMIN package is sensibly priced and extremely flexible - it's not limited to one server.  You can use this package with any number of servers.  The only condition we impose is that all server covered by this package must have our antiHACK package installed.  However, you can save on the cost of installing antiHACK by subscribing for 12 months. Our server administration package allows you to leave routine server administration tasks in the hands of our support staff, freeing up your time to concentrate on your business tasks.  By offering an inexpensive and trouble-free way for you to outsource your system administration work to us, not only can you dramatically reduce the maintenance costs of your server but you are free to focus your attention on your business with total peace of mind about your server.

Why level of support do you offer?
We offer 3 different levels of support - all designed to give you peace of mind.  We have a package to suit every pocket - each designed to ensure your server is fully patched, protected and running at peak performance.  We can even monitor your sites for you.  If one of your sites 'goes down' you will be the first to know - not the customer! 

Our Advance packages offer other additional features, including our unique 'roll-over' minutes service.  Basically, we will 'roll-over' any unused sys_admin time to the following month for you - or allow you to 'borrow' time from the next month if the sys_admin work requires more time than you monthly allocation.

Whatever level of service you choose with our csADMIN package, you can let us look after the server - while you get on with looking after your business!

Do I have to install antiHACK?
Yes - we won't install csADMIN without it. However, you can have antiHACK installed for as little as $50* if you take out an annual subscription package.  This is a special discounted package - you pay for 10 months but get 12 months of cover! At the end of the contract if you don't want our sys_admin service anymore you simply cancel the subscription.  It's really as easy at that!

Do I have to have an annual contract?
No - csADMIN is also available as a monthly subscription package.  You can pay for it every 30 days.  If at anytime you don't want our sys_admin service anymore, you simply cancel the subscription.  It's really as easy at that! 

What happens if I want to cancel my subscription or change my level of service?
It's simple and straightforward.  At then end of 30 days or 1 year you will be sent a subscription renewal for the following month or year.  If you want to us to continue our sys_admin work, then you pay for the following month or year.  If you don't want us to continue, you simply cancel the subscription.

This arrangement also gives you the flexibility to change your level of service.  You may feel, after a while, that you want to upgrade to an advanced package or subscribe for a year.  Again, it's straightforward and easy.  You simply cancel your old subscription and take out a new one for the level of cover you want.
