Servers are hacked everyday by people using scripts and software kits specifically designed to compromise know exploits. With just a few additional security items, you can harden your server to stop most of these attacks happening.  No system can claim to be 100% hacker proof, but by using our security report and then installing any recommendations, you will not fall victim to hackers, script kiddies, worms or other common exploits.  All security audit scans are subject to our terms and conditions .

We offer an extensive list of software packages to help you upgrade and enhance your BlueQuartz or RaQ server.  Don't be put off by the low prices we charge for these installations - they merely reflect how much 'over charging' sometimes goes on in our industry.  We guarantee our work and are confident that you will find it difficult to locate a better professional installation service - able to offer you the same level of expertise as Cobalt Support.  All installation packages are subject to our terms and conditions .

 

FREE Backup Service
 
 
Cobalt Support can help you protect the data on your server when you use csBACKUP - our automated backup service.

Additional Information
Cobalt Support offer a cost-effective, automated backup solution for all BlueQuartz and Cobalt servers - csBACKUP.  We also offer FREE backup data storage on our dedicated FTP backup servers.

Once the data has been transferred via csBACKUP to one of our servers it is mirrored to a second drive.  Every week, a copy is transferred to a off-site secure server. This additional backup provides you with four copies of your data:

  1. The local copy on your server.
  2. A primary copy on our backup server - FREE
  3. A secondary copy on our backup server - FREE
  4. A backup copy on off-site server - FREE

You can restore the data to your original server or even migrate your backups to another BlueQuartz or RaQ server.  Check this page to see how you can backup your data FREE.  Don't lose your data or your clients.

Additional Information

For all Emergency Support, we will schedule your request as a PRIORITY - the first available time slot we have and always within 24 hours from confirmation of your request for help.  Although we do not guarantee 24/7 support to our clients, you will find that we are available online for almost 18 hours every day.  We receive an immediate SMS alert to all Emergency Support requests.

Our Emergency Support rates are £40.00 per hour [£75 for 2 hours] - up to a maximum fee of £200 per server incident.  For all Emergency Support, there is a non-refundable minimum fee of £75. The minimum fee must be paid in advance.
