Additional Information
For all Emergency Support, we will schedule your request as a PRIORITY - the first available time slot we have and always within 24 hours from confirmation of your request for help.  Although we do not guarantee 24/7 support to our clients, you will find that we are available online for almost 18 hours every day.  We receive an immediate SMS alert to all Emergency Support requests.

Our Emergency Support rates are £40 per hour [£75 for 2 hours] - up to a maximum fee of £200 per server incident.  For all Emergency Support, there is a non-refundable minimum fee of £75. The minimum fee must be paid in advance.

Once we start an Emergency Support request, you can use our telephone no. +44(0)845 226 3112  to talk to our technical support staff to confirm details of your support request.  You can also make use of Live Support or SMS to contact us.  The work on your server will be completed as soon as possible.  For additional information, please read our terms and conditions
