Terms and conditions
1. Subject to the terms and
conditions of this agreement, Cobalt Support will provide the
customer with the services selected by the customer directly from our website - www.cobaltsupport.com. The services and their corresponding rates
listed on our website may vary from time to time, and only the selection at
the time of agreement will apply for the agreement. Services listed on
the Cobalt Support website are subject to the condition that they may be changed
at any time without notice. Cobalt Support reserves the right to withdraw
offers as listed on www.cobaltsupport.com at any time.
2. If an agreement has been reached by e-mail rather than by the website order form on the website all terms as listed in paragraph 1 (one) will apply. Furthermore, any offer made by Cobalt Support is only binding when this offer has been made in writing. Evidence is considered to be unmodified e-mail correspondence which can be used in a court of law.
3. Modifications of an agreement is only valid with the written consent from Cobalt Support.
4. An agreement has been established when Cobalt Support has received and approved an order made by the customer from the website Cobalt Support or when an order is made by the customer using e-mail.
5. Cobalt Support reserves the right to reject any request made by e-mail or from the website www.cobaltsupport.com
6. Cobalt Support will provide the required services to the customer when payment has been received in advance and in full.
7. Cobalt Support will aim to provide the service within 48 hours of payment. If Cobalt Support is unable to provide services within this period of time the customer may request a full refund.
8. All prices listed on the website Cobalt Support exclude UK VAT (currently 17½%) - if and when applicable.
9. Cobalt Support considers that customer satisfaction is the most important part of the agreement. Cobalt Support will provide a 14 day money-back refund, from the agreement date, on software that has been paid for and subsequently proves to be clearly unsuitable for the server it has been installed on. Cobalt Support reserves the right to provide the customer with services which meet the customer’s expectations before offering a refund. If Cobalt Support is not able to meet the customer’s expectations within 72 hours from the agreement, as described in paragraph 4, the customer is entitled to a refund, subject to a decision by Cobalt Support. Refunds may be partial or in full. If you are not 100% satisfied with the services provided by Cobalt Support, please contact us immediately. Please describe your issue(s) in full and send an email to sales@cobaltsupport.com.
10. The customer agrees to use all services provided by Cobalt Support at their own risk. Cobalt Support nor any of its employees, representatives, agents or user-manuals will be responsible for any damage caused by the services provided by Cobalt Support, any of its employees, representatives, agents or user-manuals unless stated in the agreement.
11. All work carried out on servers and software installations are done by Cobalt Support only. We do not sub-contract our work.
12. Cobalt Support do not sell their packages for self-installation. Software packages are sold on the understanding that the software package will be installed on the client's server by Cobalt Support.
13. Cobalt Support reserve the right to charge for re-installation of their software if Cobalt Support were not responsible for the failure of the software. Software re-installations due to hardware failure or server compromises within 3 months of the original installation will be subject to a 50% discount of the current price. Re-installations within 6 months of the original installation will be subject to a 25% discount of the current price. Re-installations will only be offered on software of the same version number. If you require a re-installation of software, please contact us immediately with full details of the package, date of installation and reason for request. 14. Cobalt Support will not sell or knowingly disclose any customer related information to any third-party.
15. Cobalt Support reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without prior notification.
